Site-Specific Performance by Gavin Krastin<\/p>\n

sub<\/i> was a site-specific immersive performance installation created by Gavin Krastin. The work occupied multiple spaces at Nombulelo Secondary School (in iRhini, Grahamstown). The audience was encouraged to explore the space in order to find an array of hidden durational performances and live art installations roughly conceptually centred around the themes of school subjects.\u00a0 These durational performance works all took place simultaneously.\u00a0<\/p>\n

sub<\/i> was performed at the National Arts Festival 2011 (Grahamstown, South Africa), where it received a Standard Bank Ovation Award and a Standard Bank Encore Award.<\/p>\n
